Introduction

Sasria SOC Limited is opening its Insurance Learnership Programme aiming to create a pipeline of young talent within their business. The programme offers learners an opportunity to gain on-the-job practical workplace experience while providing ongoing support and training.

Learnership Duration

• The learnership program runs for 12 months and awards a full Short-Term Insurance Qualification NQF 4 after its successful completion.

What to expect from the Learnership

• At the end of the Learnership programme the learner will be able to process and handle claims within the delegated authority by ensuring validity,
• Assessing liability, and negotiating settlement, whilst ensuring excellent customer service and cost containment.
• The management of claims should be within the governed framework to ensure compliance with the short-term insurance regulations.

A South African citizen of any gender, preference will be given to an EE candidate with Matric.
