Who Qualifies for this opportunity

Recently qualified information technology graduates i.e. Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

• Grade 12/Matric qualification
• No prior experience required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

Expectations and Responsibilities

• Assist and attend to IT service desk queries within defined service level standards.
• Investigate, analyze and provide solutions to hardware and software technical problems.
• Assist in the implementation of computer equipment and upgrades.
• Provide service and maintenance of computers and network equipment.
