About the Internship

This opportunity involves quality control of incoming raw materials and ingredients i.e.

• physical appraisal, labels check, sample check, documentation check and sample management
• correct documentation, sample storage and management of samples for analysis
• product oriented, checking, testing and inspecting assure that the products meet the required quality levels at all times.
• COA’s traceability

Quality Control Coordinator supports optimization and continuous improvement processes:

• Conducting experimental procedures.
• Laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigation using Mycomaster (Testing for Mycotoxins) and FOSS NIR DS2500 (Determining the nutritional value of food crop samples and other sample materials)
• Operating standard laboratory equipment (centrifuges, pipetting devices, pH meters etc.).
• Verification and calibration of equipment.
• Liaising with external laboratories for additional analysis.
• Receiving, sorting, storing and retrieving samples.
• Preparation of specimen kits.
• Sample traceability
• ISO 22000 requirements
• Creating COC for final products.
