About the Programme
This learning programme has established itself as one of the best within the industry, with personal one-on-one coaching and mentoring, access to senior leader coffee sessions, participation in an annual corporate event, frequent rotation within the company for maximum exposure, following a structured learning approach aligned with the relevant professional body, through innovative ways of learning.
How to Apply
To apply for this Programme the candidate must have achieved a four (4) year BEng or Hons degree.

Candidate selection will start shortly after the closing date. If you didn’t receive any correspondence by the end of March 2023, consider your application as unsuccessful.
