About the programme

Anglo-American Platinum (Amandelbult Complex) is inviting you to apply for its 2023 Human Resource. The program is aimed at equipping members of the host communities with appropriate work experience. First preference will be given to relevant applications from host communities. The program will run for a maximum period of 24 months.

Required Qualification

• Must be studying towards Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Development/ Labour Law/ Labour Relations/ Employment Relations or
• Must have graduated with Honours Degree in Psychology and HPCSA registration as a student psychometrist or must have graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Development/ Labour Law/ Labour Relations/ Employment Relations.
• Provide the Academic record and a letter from institution indicating a need for work experience in your studies
• Please submit your full CV, ID copy and certified copies of your qualifications or academic record and a letter from your institution indicating a need for work experience
